(1) A candidate or an election representative may appoint a number of counting representatives as determined by the election officer for work related to vote counting. (2) A person whose name is included in the final voter list according to rule 10 and who knows how to read can be appointed as a counting representative. (3) Term of office of a counting representative. Unless the candidate or the election representative cancels it in advance, it will remain in place until the election results are announced.
